How it works

Make a menu QR code in three steps

  1. 1

    Paste your menu link

Any web address works: your online menu, a PDF menu, your website or an ordering page.

  2. 2

    Style it

Pick your colors, add your logo and a “Scan for menu” frame so guests know what to expect.

  3. 3

    Download and print

Get a high-resolution PNG for table cards and flyers, or an SVG that stays sharp on posters.

FAQs

Your questions, answered

Is this menu QR code generator really free?
Yes. There’s no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many codes you create. Downloads are yours to print and use anywhere.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The link is stored directly in the code, so it keeps working forever — as long as the page it points to stays online.
Can I change the link after printing?
Not with a static code: the link is built into the pattern. If you want to change your menu without reprinting, point the code at an mmmmenu QR code menu and edit the menu itself — the printed code never changes.
Can I link the QR code to a PDF menu?
Yes, as long as the PDF has a public web address. Keep in mind PDFs are hard to read on phones; a mobile menu loads faster and doesn’t need zooming.
Will a logo or brand colors stop the code from scanning?
Not if you keep enough contrast. The generator switches to high error correction when you add a logo and warns you if your colors are too light or inverted. Always test a printed proof with a couple of phones.
What size should I print my menu QR code?
Make it at least one tenth of the scanning distance: about 3–4 cm on tables, 10 cm on a counter and 15 cm or more in a window. See the full restaurant QR code size guide.
